This Refunds and Returns Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which customers may return products purchased from Assameditions.com (“Website”) operated by JIGYOV108 (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Applicability

This Policy applies to all purchases made through Assameditions.com, except where otherwise expressly stated on the product page or during checkout. The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

2. Eligibility for Return and Refund

A return or refund shall only be considered if the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. The product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the product description provided at the time of purchase; and
  2. The product is returned within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery; and
  3. The product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following categories of items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All orders placed under the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
  • Items explicitly marked as “No Return / Refund Applicable” on the product description page, including certain low-value products.
  • Personalized, customized, or bespoke products, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing components or original packaging.
  • Products returned after the 7-day eligibility window.

The Company retains the right to assess whether the returned product meets the requirements specified above prior to authorizing a refund or replacement.

4. Initiation of Return

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact the Company within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery by sending an email to assameditions@gmail.com, including:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • A detailed explanation for the return
    • Photographic evidence, if applicable (e.g., in cases of defect or damage)
  2. Await a Return Authorization (“RA”) from the Company, which will be provided via email along with return instructions.
  3. Return the product, securely packaged, to the address specified by the Company.

Failure to obtain RA prior to shipment may result in rejection of the return.

5. Shipping Costs

The responsibility for shipping costs shall be allocated as follows:

  • In cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the Company shall bear the cost of return shipping.
  • In all other eligible returns, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the product.

The customer is advised to use a trackable courier service to ensure safe transit. The Company shall not be held liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.

6. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Company shall:

  1. Verify that the product meets the return eligibility criteria set forth in this Policy;
  2. Process the refund within 7 to 10 (seven to ten) business days from the date of receipt; and
  3. Refund the amount through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the policies of the customer’s financial institution. The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

No refunds shall be processed for COD transactions or items explicitly excluded from return or refund.

7. Exchanges

The Company does not provide direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the product as per this Policy and place a new order through the Website.

8. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 (twenty-four) hours of order placement by contacting assameditions@gmail.com. After this period, once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability under this Policy shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the product, subject to the conditions herein. The Company shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product use or the return process.
